Sometimes we just don’t have the time to work out as much as we want, or should. Whether we’re working out at a club, in the apartment gym or streaming a class at home, it can be tough to devote 60 or even 30 minutes on a daily basis. To make it easier for clubs and other fitness providers to help their members and users, we’ve brought together – in the FitnessOnDemand platform – some of the leaders in short form exercises, workouts and wellness content. Here’s a quick run-down of what’s recent and new to stream at home, on-the-go or in the club:
Move123:
Classes range from easy and highly-convenient five-minute mini sessions to 30-minute workouts for any fitness level and are organized into ten different collections: Yoga, Meditation, Stretch, Breathe, Pilates, Cardio, Fight, Strength, Barre and Dance. Also available: Move123 Silver – specialty exercises and mini workouts for older people wanting to stay active and age with confidence and activity. Classes may be taken standing, seated, using a chair for balance or via a series of floor exercises.
Sleek Technique:
From Sleek Technique, London’s original ballet-inspired workout studio, comes a series of Sleek Bites, 12-minute mini sessions that focus on technique and form. These can be stacked easily to create more personalized workouts and are based on authentic, ballet exercises designed to create strong, lean, dancer-like muscles and body toning without bulk.
Circuit 365 from FitnessOnDemand:
Our own curated portfolio of 30 circuits, each consisting of eight different exercises that can run on a clubs on-demand kiosks and other displays. Circuit 365 exercises can be used by eight members at a time, require minimal equipment and offer specialty, core, upper, lower and whole body workouts at varying levels of difficulty from beginner to advanced.
