This functional mobility series is designed to compliment an active lifestyle. M1ND draws inspiration from sports, yoga, calisthenics and rehabilitation and each unique session can include one or more of these elements. The central theme is connection between mind and movement. Cardio conditioning and strength training is important, but so is exercise that can establish the optimal mobility and stability relationships in the body. This type of exercise is often overlooked but is essential for staying injury-free and living a healthy and movement filled life. M1ND workouts are specifically designed around the “3 TYs” – flexibility, mobility and stability.
Level up your training with the modern take on a classic piece of kit. In R1ZE the step can be anything - from jump box to exercise bench to obstacle. You’ll utilize multi-dimensional functional movements for a full body interval blast. Like SH1FT, R1ZE workouts are built around the six degrees of freedom, moving through each of the degrees in every class but with the inclusion of a riser. Using a riser is a great way to incorporate plyometric training at a reduced impact - as you’re able to achieve the power gains of jump training while also allowing the softer landing that a staggered height can provide.
