Casa Grande Adds Fitness On Demand™

The City of Casa Grande recently added Fitness On Demand™ to their Community Services Department at the Peart Adult Center to give their residents access to diverse group fitness options. Recreation Coordinator Shayla Gunn likes that the virtual group fitness program offers a greater variety of fitness classes, without the cost of hiring numerous instructors. The Peart Center will offer a mixture of pre-scheduled classes, as well as on-demand access for residents to stop in and take a class by themselves or with a group.

Recreation Superintendent Caryl Chase became aware of FOD™ during a conference, and the staff was instantly attracted to the program's flexibility. "You can come in, do a class and be done," Chase said. "It's the workout you want to do for you."
